RETURN POLICY
Returns:
We do not accept returns at this time.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Customer may only be eligible for an exchange in the case that the item(s) arrives with damage NOT caused during shipment and ONLY if customer is able to provide proof of damage. If an exchange request is approved by the Lumina Pash Co. team, then a replacement item will be provided at no cost and Customer will not be held responsible for the cost of shipping for the replacement item(s). Customer may only exchange for another item of equal original price value.
To submit an exchange request, please reach out to luminapashco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. When submitting a request, customer MUST include the following information:
First and Last Name
Order Number
Reason for exchange
Quality images of damage
Approval for exchanges is determined on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the Lumina Pash Co. team. If Customer does not wish to exchange, Lumina Pash Co. may issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping if and only if the request is approved by Lumina Pash Co. Lumina Pash Co. will NOT provide refunds or exchanges for items with small snags as we follow a very strict quality control before sending out merchandise. Your pashmina is delicate and must be handled with care during unboxing. Learn more about how to care and handle your pashmina.
Refunds will issue back to the original form of payment provided during checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to process. Lumina Pash Co. reserves the right to limit or decline returns, exchanges, and refunds at any time.
Lost, Damaged, Missing Contents, or Stolen Goods:
Lumina Pash Co. has no control over items after they are dropped at USPS therefore Lumina Pash Co. is NOT held responsible if an item is lost, damaged, missing contents, or stolen. In the case that your item is lost in the mail, arrives damaged with proof of damage caused during shipping, or appears to have missing contents or been stolen, it is the Customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
When filing a claim Customer must provide:
Tracking Number
Shipping Date
Reason for Claim
Fees paid for insurance ($0.00)
Recipient Address

Item Name, Type, Description of Item, Purchase Date, Refund Amount Requested

Order Cancellation:
You MUST reach out to luminapashco@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Any order that has not been mailed is eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment submitted as long as a cancellation notification is sent to luminapashco@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Lumina Pash Co. uses USPS as our trusted mail service provider. Orders are either shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping depending on the Customers shipping selection during checkout. All orders will ship within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays). After an order is given to USPS for shipping and our team inputs your tracking information, you will receive an order shipping confirmation to the email provided during checkout. Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Priority Mail packages are delivered in 2-5 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping times are subject to change based on USPS activity. Lumina Pash Co. is not responsible for delays or changes in the shipping process.
Shipping Protection:
USPS Ground Advantage and Priority mail include $100 insurance (for both outbound and return shipments).
Lumina Pash Co. is NOT held responsible if an item is lost, damaged, or stolen OR if an incorrect address is submitted on the order. To correct an incorrect address, you MUST reach out to luminapashco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If an error in delivery occurs due to customers error of information and your package is shipped back to Lumina Pash Co. you will be invoiced for a new shipping label and responsible for the new cost of shipping.
Lumina Pash Co. does not offer shipping outside of the U.S.
